安徽蚌柴工业遗产再利用改造策略研究

在国土空间规划体系重构背景下,城市的更新设计须满足“存量规划”的新要求。工业遗产伴随新中国的成长已经完成了一个阶段的使命,但是如何基于原有工业遗存的建筑文化背景和结构特征,注入现代人对空间的新理解与文化理念,进行再利用设计与改造,成为当下我们必须面对的新课题。该文以解放后建设的蚌埠市柴油机厂改造再利用为研究对象,探究在符合发展经济产业大背景下,如何充分利用蚌埠市自身工业遗产的优势,以期探索在存量发展时期,符合工业遗产类建筑发展的新模式、新机制;同时结合工业遗产原有肌理,充分利用土地空间,建成具有皖北地区特色文化的创意产业园。

Under the background of reconstruction of land space planning system,urban renewal design must meet the new requirements of"stock planning".With the growth of New China,the industrial heritage has completed a mission of a stage,but how to inject modern people's new understanding and cultural concept of space based on the architectural cultural background and structural characteristics of the original industrial heritage,and how to reuse the design and transformation has become a new topic that we must face today.Taking the reconstruction and reuse of Bengbu Diesel Engine Factory built after liberation as the research object,we explore how to make full use of the advantages of Bengbu's own industrial heritage under the b ackground of economic a nd industrial development,with a view to exploring the new mode a nd mechanism for the development of industrial heritage buildings during the stock development period.At the same time,combining the original texture of industrial heritage,we make full use of land space to build a creative industrial park with distinctive culture in northern Anhui.
