基于价值类型框架的工业遗产属性评价研究——以苏州民族乐器一厂为例

The Attribute Evaluation of Industrial Heritage Based on the Framework of Value Typology:A Case Study of Suzhou No.1 National Musical Instrument Factory

从目前工业遗产评估管理流程角度,研究当下学术主流基于价值类型学的遗产评估方法,分析流程和方法上的欠缺以及深化的可能,进一步将工业遗产价值落实到具体物质属性,构建基于价值类型框架的工业遗产属性评价模型。以苏州民族乐器一厂为例,从区域、组团、单体、构件四种尺度提炼工业遗产物质属性,运用AHP和模糊综合评价方法,评估遗产属性重要性并根据专家打分结果排序,分级提出建议策略。研究在工业遗产属性评价方面有所补充,一定程度上完善了遗产保护管理流程,为工业遗产保护管理者和开发者提供了更具体而详尽的指导和建议。

From the perspective of the current industrial heritage assessment ma nagement process,we study the current academic mainstream heritage assessment methods based on value typology,and analyze the deficiencies in processes and methods and the possibility of deepening,so as to further implement the value of industrial heritage to specific material attributes,and to build an industrial heritage attribute evaluation model based on the value category framework.Taking Suzhou No.1 National Musical Instrument Factory as an example,the material attributes of industrial heritage are refined from four scales:region,cluster,monomer and component.The importance of heritage attributes is evaluated by using AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods,and the ranking is made according to the results of experts'scoring.Suggestions and strategies are put forward hierarchically.The study complements the industrial heritage attribute evaluation,and improves the heritage protection management process to a certain extent,so as to provide more specific and detailed guidance and suggestions for the industrial heritage.
