摘要
电子病历建设有助于减少医疗阶段的重复性检查,进而提高医疗工作效率。但未经加密的电子病历信息会导致病患个人信息的泄漏。通过对密码学当中的对称加密算法与非对称加密算法的基本特点进行讨论,将RSA、DES加密算法应用到医疗病历本敏感信息的加密中,完成电子病历加密信息的界面展示工作。通过对电子病历的部分字符及数字信息进行加密,达到保护病患敏感信息的目的。此外,通过RSA加密与解密效果分析确定了病历信息加密的可行性,希望能够给未来相关研究提供参考。
The construction of electronic medical records is helpful to reduce repetitive examinations at the medical stage and improve the medical work efficiency.But unencrypted electronic medical record information will lead to the disclosure of patient personal information.By discussing the basic characteristics of symmetric and asymmetric encryption algorithms in cryptography,and RSA and DES encryption algorithms are applied to the encryption of sensitive information in medical records,and the interface display of electronic medical record encryption information is completed.By encrypting some characters and digital information of the electronic medical record,the goal of protecting sensitive patient information is achieved.In addition,the feasibility of encrypting medical record information is determined through the analysis of RSA encryption and decryption effects,which is hoped to provide reference for future related research.
