管段式液体超声流量计示值误差的测量不确定度评定

摘要 管段式液体超声流量计具有测量精度高、压力损失小和可靠性高等优点,被广泛地应用于各类单相液体的体积流量计量中,在环保、节能减排和流量贸易结算等方面发挥着重要的作用。为了保证管段式液体超声流量计在不同介质温度、压力等条件下的测量准确性,示值误差的不确定度评定十分重要。以准确度等级为0.5级、规格为DN100的管段式液体超声流量计为例,依据国家检定规程JJG 1030—2007《超声流量计》,通过建立数学模型,分析了各类不确定度来源,并对管段式液体超声流量计示值误差的测量不确定度进行计算和评定。 With the advantages of high measuring accuracy,low pressure loss and high reliability,the pipestage liquid ultrasonic flowmeter is widely used in volumetric flow measurement of various single-phase liquids,and also plays an important role in environmental protection,energy conservation and emission reduction and trade settlement.In order to ensure the measurement accuracy of pipe-stage liquid ultrasonic flowmeter under different media temperature and pressure,it is very important to evaluate the uncertainty of indication error.Taking the pipe-stage liquid ultrasonic flowmeter with accuracy level 0.5 and specification DN100 as an example,based on the national verification regulation JJG 1030-2007"Ultrasonic Flowmeters",the measurement uncertainty of the indication error of the pipe segment liquid ultrasonic flowmeter is calculated and evaluated by establishing a mathematical model and analyzing various sources of uncertainty.
