摘要
针对非道路移动机械PEMS试验油耗相关系数(R^(2))较低的问题,选取了某装载机,按照非道路国四标准进行PEMS试验。通过更改ECU的发出频率和PEMS设备的接收频率,研究R^(2)与这二者之间的规律。结果表明:在ECU发出频率固定的情况下,R^(2)随着PEMS设备频率的增大而增大;在PEMS设备接收频率固定的情况下,R^(2)随着ECU发出频率的增大而减小;PEMS设备接收频率对R^(2)的影响要比ECU发出频率对R^(2)的影响要大。瞬态工况过多是引起装载机R^(2)偏低的主要原因。
In order to reduce the problem of the correlation coefficient(R^(2))of the non-road mobile machine PEMS,a type of loading machine is selected,and the frequency of the ECU and the receiving frequency of the PEMS equipment are studied by changing the frequency of ECU and the frequency of the pems equipment,and the law of R^(2) are studied.The results show that the number of R^(2) with the pems device frequency increases if the ECU frequency is fixed.In the case of the pems device receiving frequency fixed,the number of R^(2)decreases with the increase of the frequency of ECU.The impact of the pems device reception frequency on R^(2) is greater than the impact of ECU on R^(2).
