基于飞参的发动机转速小循环去除方法研究

摘要 针对EGD-3理论无法对循环寿命在106以上的小循环进行有效区分的情况,研究不同去除小循环的方法来降低无效循环对损伤及寿命预测的影响,分析了按应力标准、按转速幅值、按等效疲劳强度方法和小波降噪思想去除小循环的优缺点。分析表明,疲劳强度极限去除小循环的方法较为合理,按照小波降噪方法更贴合实际问题。 EGD-3 method cannot effectively distinguish between the small cycle life in more than 106,then different methods to remove small cycle was used to reduce the effects of ineffective cycle of damage and life prediction.Compared the advantage and disanvantage of the removal methods of stress level,amplitude of rotate speed,equivalent extraction and the wavelet de-noising,put forward that the method based the equivalent extraction to remove minor cycle is more reasonable and the method based the wavelet de-noising has more practical implications.
