摘要
往复式压缩机作为天然气集输、增压开采的关键设备,为了保证其密封性能及强度,采用气密性试验进行检查是常用的方法。本文采用气缸气阀的单向阀的特性,根据气阀阀片的压差进行自密封,将进气管路和排气管路压力保持在各自的试验压力,从而验证压缩机的泄漏情况。该方法有效的解决了逐级分段进行气密性试验存在最后气阀阀盖与气缸之间的连接口不能进行气密性检查的问题。
Reciprocating compressor is the key equipment for natural gas gathering and transportation and pressurized exploitation.In order to ensure its sealing performance and strength,it is a common method to check the air tightness test.In this paper,the characteristics of the one-way valve of the cylinder air valve are adopted,and the self sealing is carried out according to the pressure difference of the air valve disc,so as to maintain the pressure of the inlet pipeline and the exhaust pipeline at their respective test pressure,so as to verify the leakage of the compressor.This method effectively solves the problem that the connection port between the last valve cover and the cylinder cannot be checked for air tightness when conducting the air tightness test step by step and section.
