模拟重力影响的发动机测量偏差模型的研究

摘要 尺寸工程在发动机产品的设计阶段已成熟应用,在此阶段需要对产品零部件、装配件等上百个零件进行公差设计、公差仿真、公差校核等。在设计阶段,有效的三维公差分析能够控制产品的装配偏差,在满足设计要求的同时降低零部件总体制造成本,并且缩短研发周期。本文通过探究尺寸链构建原理和偏差分析原理,以某发动机曲轴飞轮壳同轴度为分析函数,结合公差分析软件VisVSA,模拟重力影响下同轴度测量操作,验证软件仿真结果与实测数据的吻合性,判断仿真分析是否能够达到预期结果。最后与测量结果对比表明,本研究所采用的模拟重力仿真是能够反应真实测量规律的,同时可作为发动机其他需要考虑重力影响的装配参考方法。 Dimension engineering has been fully applied in the design stage of engine products.In this stage,tolerance design,tolerance simulation,tolerance check and so on are required for hundreds of parts such as product parts and assembly parts.In the design stage,effective three dimensional tolerance analysis can control the assembly deviation of products,reduce the overall manufacturing cost of parts while meeting the design requirements,and shorten the research of development cycle.By exploring the construction principle of dimension chain and the principle of deviation analysis,taking the coaxiality of crankshaft and flywheel housing of an engine as the analysis function,combined with the tolerance analysis software VisVSA,the coaxiality measurement operation under the influence of gravity was simulated to verify the coincidence between the software simulation results and the measured data,and to judge whether the simulation analysis can achieve the expected results.Finally,the comparison with the measured results shows that the simulated gravity simulation adopted in this study can reflect the real measurement law,and can be used as a reference method for other engine assembly that needs to consider the influence of gravity.
