采矿机截割电机轴承失效故障分析与优化方法

摘要 某型号采矿机在铅锌矿掘进施工时发生截割电机失效故障,现场查看后判断后端轴承损坏。将故障电机返司拆解作进一步分析,从结构原理、装配关系、电机过载计算、箱体承载仿真、轴向力分析、轴承质量等方面依次阐述说明,力求还原真实情况。最后根据分析结果综合研判确定故障原因,针对性给出改进方向及建议,对策后效果得到实际应用验证,为行业相关从业者提供设计参考和借鉴。 A certain type of mining machine had a motor failure when working in lead-zinc mine,and the rear end bearing was judged to be damaged after on-site inspection.The faulty motor is disassembled for further analysis,and the structural principle,assembly relationship,motor overload calculation,box bearing simulation,axial force analysis,bearing quality and other aspects are explained in turn,and strive to restore the real situation.Finally,according to the analysis results,the cause of the fault is determined comprehensively,the improvement direction and suggestions are given in a targeted manner,and the effect of the countermeasures is verified by practical application,providing design reference and reference for relevant practitioners in the industry.
