摘要
为了更好地实施对铁道工务设备运行状态监管,并减少维护投入,本文将以铁路机务设备大数据健康管理系统为研究背景,展开相应的研究。该系统采用层次分析法、自回归模式、支撑向量机模式,完成了铁道工务设备运行状态监控、卫生趋势预测数据分析(准确度达到96.2%)、故障预测数据分析(准确度达到百分之九十九点零八)、卫生事故分析与报警等功能。信息系统的应用有效地减少铁路机务设备维护投入,对铁路机务设备的信息化安全管理工作提供示范作用。
In order to better implement the running state supervision of railway engineering equipment,and reduce maintenance investment,this paper will take the big data health management system of railway maintenance equipment as the research background,carry out the corresponding research.The system adopts analytic hierarchy process(AHP),autoregression mode and support vector machine mode to complete the functions of railway engineering equipment running state monitoring,health trend forecasting data analysis(accuracy up to 96.2%),fault forecasting data analysis(accuracy up to 99.08 percent),health accident analysis and alarm.The application of the information system can effectively reduce the maintenance input of railway maintenance equipment and provide a demonstration role for the information safety management of railway maintenance equipment.
