在汽车制造中,焊装的焊接,总装的螺栓连接成为整车研究的重要环节,对于螺栓连接的深入认识,各种市场失效模式中,力矩失效模式占比例30%,对于民用轿车来说,整车螺栓连接点平均每台车在1500—2000(颗)左右。传统的力矩记录办法已经不能适用与目前的发展形势。
