摘要
在汽车制造中,焊装的焊接,总装的螺栓连接成为整车研究的重要环节,对于螺栓连接的深入认识,各种市场失效模式中,力矩失效模式占比例30%,对于民用轿车来说,整车螺栓连接点平均每台车在1500—2000(颗)左右。传统的力矩记录办法已经不能适用与目前的发展形势。
Bolt connection in Final Assembly is an important part of Vehicle R&D.30 percent of failure model in the market is about Bolt Torque,there are 1500-2500 bolts used in one car.The traditional torque record method is not appropriate for development situation.As Intellgent Factory and Digital Factory are rised around the world,Torque record method is changed a lot with it.If we research the Torque record method in different stages,it will increase the meaning of Toeque recording,from ordinary confirm responsibility to make far-reaching influence through data collection in earlier stage.
