弯管机的研究综述及展望

Review and Prospect of Research on Pipe Bending Machine

弯管机主要用于金属加工过程中管材的塑性成形,广泛应用在汽车、电力施工、公路铁路建设、桥梁、船舶等需要管材弯制的行业。随着近年来管材使用量的激增,管材弯制的工艺要求也随之提升,促使市场对弯管机的功能和性能的要求越来越高。本文聚焦弯管机的研究进展,对弯管机的分类和国内外发展现状进行了介绍,针对弯管机的弯曲工艺和控制系统等进行研究分析,总结了弯管机技术的现存问题,并对弯管机的发展趋势做出展望。

Pipe bending machine are mainly used for plastic forming of pipes in the process of metal processing,and is widely used in automobiles,electric power construction,highway and railway construction,bridges,ships and other industries that require pipe bending.With the surge in the use of pipes in recent years,the process requirements of pipe bending have also increased,prompting the market to have higher and higher requirements for the function and performance of pipe bending machine.This paper focuses on the research progress of pipe bending machine,introduces the classification of pipe bending machine and the development status at home and abroad,conducts research and analysis on the bending process and control system of pipe bending machine,summarizes the existing problems of pipe bending machine technology,and makes an outlook for the development trend of pipe bending machine.
