云南某磷矿层状节理岩体矿柱参数优化设计中的数值分析应用 被引量:1

摘要 层状节理岩体其力学行为呈现显著各项异性,而节理岩体中的矿柱在无侧限状态下受节理作用影响显著,因此,矿柱参数的优化研究对保障采场的稳定显得尤为关键。文章以某磷矿典型层状节理岩体为研究对象,重点采用Flac3D有限差分软件和UDEC离散元法对层状岩体中不同矿柱倾角对采场围岩稳定性的影响展开研究,对评估层状岩体中不同矿柱倾角下的围岩稳定性具有重要意义。通过文章的相关分析,获得了采场矿柱的最优倾角和矿柱尺寸,实现了对采场冒落范围的预测分析,为采矿过程中矿柱参数的优化设计提供了有力证据,同时也为类似矿山采场结构参数的优化设计提供了更为科学的指导。 The mechanical behavior of layered joint rock mass shows the significant anisotropy,and the ore pillars in the jointed rock mass are significantly affected by the jointing action in the unconfined state,therefore,the optimization study of the ore pillar parameters is particularly important to ensure the stability of the mining site.In this paper,a typical stratified joint rock mass in a phosphate mine is taken as the research object,and the Flac3D finite difference software and UDEC discrete element method are used to study the influence of different column inclination angles on the stability of the quarry surrounding rock in the stratified rock mass,which is important to evaluate the stability of the surrounding rock under different column inclination angles in the stratified rock mass.For the relevant analysis in this paper,the optimal dipping angle and pillar size of the quarry pillar are obtained,and the prediction of the range of the quarry fall is realized,which provides a strong evidence for the optimal design of the pillar parameters in the mining process,and also provides some more scientific guidance for the optimal design of the structural parameters in the similar mines.
