摘要
比较Corneometer和MoistureMeterSC 2种仪器对角质层水分含量测量结果的一致性,为人体临床应用提供理论依据。在24名志愿者手臂内侧分别使用Corneometer和MoistureMeterSC进行角质层水分含量测量,通过Pearson相关系数对2种检测角质层水分含量的仪器进行相关性分析。通过Bland-Altman进行一致性分析,应用统计学方法对2种方法测量的结果进行差异性分析,同时用CV值评估设备的重复性。结果显示,2种仪器在涂抹区域及未涂抹区域测量角质层水分含量时具有良好的相关性,r在0.667~0.902,CV在6%以下,仪器重复性都较好;在未涂抹区域一致性较差,两者之间的差值距离0值较远,并且有显著性,在涂抹产品后一致性较好,Corneometer和MoistureMeterSC有较弱的一致性。Corneometer和MoistureMeterSC重复性都较好,并且具有良好的相关性,但是一致性较差,不能替代,使用时根据临床实际需求进行选择。
The consistency between Corneometer and MoistureMeterSC instruments in measurement of the moisture content of stratum corneum was analyzed,which could provide a theoretical basis for human clinical application.The moisture content of stratum corneum on the inner side of the arms of 24 volunteers was measured using Corneometer and MoistureMeterSC,and the correlation analysis of the two instruments was analyzed via Pearson’s correlation coefficient.Consistency analysis was performed by Bland-Altman.Difference analysis was carried out with statistical methods upon the results measured by the two instruments.The reproducibility of the devices was also assessed via CV values.The results show that,the two instruments have good correlation when measuring the moisture content of stratum corneum in the applied area and unapplied area,with r value of 0.667~0.902;CV is below 6%,indicative of good reproducibility;Corneometer and MoistureMeterSC have poor consistency for testing the unapplied area whereas good consistency for testing the applied area.Therefore,Corneometer and MoistureMeterSC have weak consistency.Both Corneometer and MoistureMeterSC are well reproducible.The two instruments have good correlation but poor consistency,so they cannot replace each other.When used,it should be chosen according to the actual clinical needs.
