Analysis of cosmetic adverse reaction for 198 cases of cosmetics containing plantorigin ingredients and animal-origin ingredients

统计分析2018-2022年韶关地区198例由植、动物组分化妆品引起的不良反应。以国家化妆品不良反应监测系统不良反应病例为调查对象,探讨化妆品不良反应的发生规律和特点。198例报告中,患者性别女性(90.40%)明显高于男性(9.60%),年龄主要集中在21岁~40岁(58.59%);不良反应结果判断主要为化妆品接触性皮炎(93.94%);不良反应所涉及的化妆品种类中,普通化妆品剂型主要为霜类(21.21%)、面膜类(16.16%)和乳液(18.69%),特殊用途化妆品类别主要为除臭类(4.55%)、祛斑美白类(3.03%)、染发类(2.02%);报告来源以医疗机构(66.16%)和经营企业(27.27%)为主;实施斑贴实验的患者仅为2例(1.01%)。

198 cases of cosmetic adverse reactions in the years of 2018-2022 from Shaoguan area were analyzed.Taking the cases of cosmetic adverse reactions in the National Adverse Reaction Monitoring system as the investigation objects,the rules and features of cosmetic adverse reactions were investigated and analyzed.In the 198 cases,female patients(90.40%)were significantly more than male patients(9.60%),and the age of patients was mainly between 21 and 40 years old(58.59%);the main adverse reaction was cosmetic contact dermatitis(93.94%);among the cosmetics with adverse reactions,the common cosmetics were mainly creams(21.21%),facial masks(16.16%)and lotions(18.69%),and the cosmetics for special purpose were mainly deodorants(4.55%),freckle-removing and whitening cosmetics(3.03%)and hair dyes(2.02%);the main sources of reports were medical institutions(66.16%)and enterprises(27.27%);only 2 patients(1.01%)underwent patch test.
