摘要
针对天线雷达系统中大功率关节热量难以导出、散热难的问题,根据被动式散热理念,将传统的风冷与液冷散热相结合,设计出一个被动式散热装置,该装置直接外挂在大功率器件上,可自主将器件的热量导出并散掉,无须外接电源,无噪声、安全可靠。经计算及实验测得,该装置可持续且稳定地散掉250 W/cm 2热量,大大简化了设备数量并提高了系统的可靠性。
Aiming at the difficulty in deriving and dissipating heat from high-power joints in antenna radar system,we propose a passive heat dissipation device,which combines traditional air-cooling and liquid-cooling heat dissipation.The device is directly attached to the high-power device and can independently export and dissipate the heat of the device without external power supply.It is noiseless,safe and reliable.After calculations and experiments,the device can continuously and stably dissipate 250 W/cm 2 heat,which greatly simplifies the number of equipment and improves the reliability of the system.
