望云矿北翼运输大巷过陷落柱技术研究

摘要 为实现望云矿北翼运输大巷安全高效过陷落柱影响区,依据现场情况确定过陷落柱期间采用综掘+炮掘方式,当迎头为煤层时采用EBZ200A型掘进机割煤,当迎头为岩体时则用炮掘方式掘进并使用EBZ200A型掘进机修整巷道断面、装矸;过陷落柱影响区时围岩采用锚网索+架棚支护方式,运输大巷过X17陷落柱影响区时保持8.6 m/d掘进速度。巷道围岩保持稳定,取得较好围岩控制效果。 In order to achieve safe and efficient passage of the north wing transportation main roadway through the affected area of the collapse column of Wangyun Mine,a comprehensive excavation and blasting excavation method is determined based on the on-site situation during the period of passing through the collapse column.When the front face is a coal seam,the EBZ200A tunneling machine is used to cut the coal.When the front face is a rock mass,the blasting method is used to excavate and the EBZ200A tunneling machine is used to repair the tunnel section and load the gangue;When passing through the affected area of the collapse column,the surrounding rock is supported by anchor mesh cables+shed.When the transportation main roadway passes through the X17 collapse column affected area,the excavation speed is maintained at 8.6 m/d,and the surrounding rock of the roadway remains stable,achieving good surrounding rock control effect.
