摘要
为提高综放工作面回采期间瓦斯治理效果,以3502工作面为例,通过钻孔窥视探究采空区覆岩裂隙发育规律,优化高位钻孔布置参数,研究确定高位钻孔布置方案。结果表明:优化实施工作面高位钻孔抽采方案后,平均抽采纯量2.37 m^(3)/min,平均抽采率47.87%,上隅角瓦斯浓度始终保持在0.5%以下,实现了工作面的安全高效生产。
In order to improve the gas control effect during the mining period of the fully mechanized top coal caving working face,taking the 3502 working face as an example,the development law of overlying rock fractures in the goaf is explored through drilling observation,the layout parameters of high-level drilling are optimized,and the layout plan of high-level drilling is studied and determined.The results show that after optimizing the implementation of the high-level drilling and extraction plan in the working face,the average extraction pure volume is 2.37 m^(3)/min,the average extraction rate is 47.87%,and the gas concentration in the upper corner is always kept below 0.5%,achieving safe and efficient production in the working face.
