营盘壕煤矿无轨胶轮车智能调度系统的设计研究 被引量:1

摘要 营盘壕煤矿采用无轨胶轮车辅助运输方式有效提高辅助运输效率,无轨胶轮车辆运输存在高能耗、车辆有效作业时间短、尾气排放多、闲置车辆多等问题。对无轨胶轮车运输与调度控制系统进行整合基础上,设计智能调度系统进行实践应用,结果表明:车辆调配合理、运行有序,运输效率提高51.5%,无一起无轨胶轮车追尾、碰撞等事故发生。 The use of trackless rubber wheeled vehicles for auxiliary transportation of Yingpanhao Coal Mine effectively improves the efficiency of auxiliary transportation.With the development of trackless rubber wheeled vehicles,there are many problems,such as high energy consumption,short vehicle effective operation time,more exhaust emissions,more idle vehicles and so on.On the basis of integrating the transportation and dispatching control system of trackless rubber wheeled vehicles,an intelligent dispatching system is designed and applied in practice.The results showed that the vehicle allocation is reasonable,the operation is orderly,and the transportation efficiency is improved by 51.5%.There are no accidents such as rear end collision or collision of trackless rubber wheeled vehicles.
