摘要
可摘局部义齿在临床上已经广泛应用于牙列缺损的修复,但目前仍存在设计复杂、治疗周期长、就诊次数多等问题。随着数字化技术在口腔医学领域的发展,数字化印模、计算机辅助设计、计算机辅助制作等技术逐渐应用于可摘局部义齿以帮助解决上述难题。数字化可摘局部义齿在一定程度上使牙列缺损修复更加高效,并逐渐改变可摘局部义齿的设计分析方法、制作理念和加工工艺等,从而在临床上展现出较大的优势。近年国内外有关数字化可摘局部义齿的研究报道主要集中在数字化印模的准确性、数字化设计的自动化、制作工艺的改进、材料性能的优化、数字化咬合关系记录、义齿的临床效果评价等方面,引起学者的广泛关注。本文将针对数字化技术在可摘局部义齿修复中的应用和最新进展进行论述,并阐明目前存在的局限性及未来发展方向,为更好地将数字化可摘局部义齿应用于临床实践提供参考。
Removable partial dentures(RPD)are widely used for the restoration of dentition defects.However,there are some problems to be solved,such as complex design,long treatment period,multiple visits and so on.With the development of digital technology in the field of stomatology,digital impression,computer-aided design(CAD)and computer-aided manufacture(CAM)and other technologies are gradually applied in RPD to help solve problems mentioned above.To a certain extent,digital RPD repairs dentition defects more efficiently,and changes the design idea,production concept and processing technology of RPD,so as to show great advantages in clinical applications.Recently,a large number of reports about digital RPD have emerged,including researches on the accuracy of digital impressions,the improvement of manufacturing process,the optimization of material properties,digital occlusal relationship records and the evaluation of clinical effects,which have attracted extensive attention.We reviews the application and latest progress of digital technology in RPD,and clarify the current limitations and future directions.It provides reference for the better application of digital RPD in the clinical practice in the future.
