盐岩隧道注浆加固设计及施工技术

摘要 中老铁路友谊隧道穿越极高盐岩地层,盐岩具有易溶解、强腐蚀、蠕变等特性,地质条件特殊,重点对友谊隧道在该地层中洞周及初支背后注浆设计和施工技术进行研究,通过注浆加固隔断地下水入侵,抑制地下水纵向流动,改善岩盐溶解、结晶的环境条件,降低溶蚀风险,保证友谊隧道施工和运营安全的需要。 China—Laos Railway Friendship Tunnel passes through extremely high salt rock stratum,which is characterized by easy dissolution,strong corrosion and creep and has special geological conditions.The grouting design and construction technology around the tunnel and behind the initial support of Friendship Tunnel in this stratum are studied.Through grouting reinforcement,groundwater intrusion is cut off,vertical flow of groundwater is controlled,environmental conditions of rock salt dissolution and crystallization are improved and the risk of dissolution is reduced to ensure the safety of construction and operation of Friendship Tunnel.
