摘要
为满足高速磁浮列车关键结构状态的实时监测需求,文章介绍了一种适用于高速磁浮列车特殊运用环境及结构特点的基于光纤光栅传感网络的载荷及动应力监测系统。首先分析了光纤光栅传感器可用于检测载荷及动应力的物理机理,其次介绍了监测系统的整体设计以及光纤光栅传感器、解调系统等重要组成部分的工作原理及特征参数,最后进行了车载试验与数据分析,验证了所设计的光纤光栅监测系统用于高速磁浮列车关键结构载荷及动应力实时监测的有效性与准确性。
In order to meet the real-time monitoring requirements of the key structure status of high-speed maglev train,this paper introduces a load and dynamic stress monitoring system based on fiber bragg grating(FBG)sensor network,which is suitable for the special application environment and structural characteristics of high-speed maglev train.Firstly,this paper analyzes the physical mechanism of the FBG sensor used to detect the load and dynamic stress.Secondly,it introduces the overall design of the monitoring system and the working principle and characteristic parameters of the FBG sensor,demodulation system and other important components.Finally,the on-board test and data analysis are carried out to verify the effectiveness and accuracy of the developed FBG monitoring system for real-time monitoring of key structural loads and dynamic stresses of high-speed maglev trains.
