城市轨道交通车辆轻量化材料及应用

摘要 随着城市轨道交通车辆运行速度和载客量的不断提升,运行能耗也在不断增加,而车辆轻量化可有效降低整车的运行能耗。车辆轻量化是城市轨道交通车辆发展的必然趋势,也是整个运营系统节能减排的重要技术手段,新材料的应用是实现车辆轻量化的有效途径之一。文章基于各种轻量化材料的技术特征,对国内外不同场景的应用案例和减重效果进行了研究分析,并对城市轨道交通车辆轻量化材料的应用前景和发展趋势进行了探讨。通过上述研究,以期能够促进我国城市轨道交通车辆轻量化技术的发展,为提升我国的城市轨道交通运营能力和绿色低碳化水平提供理论基础和技术支撑。 With the increasing operation speed and passenger capacity of urban rail transit vehicles,the running energy consumption is also increasing,and the vehicle lightweight can effectively reduce it.Vehicle lightweight is not only an inevitable trend of the development of urban rail transit vehicles,but also an important technical means of energy saving and emission reduction for the whole operation system.The application of new materials is one of the effective ways to achieve vehicle lightweight.Based on the technical characteristics of various lightweight materials,this paper studies and analyzes the application cases and weight reduction effects in different scenarios at home and abroad,and discusses the application prospect and development trend of lightweight materials for urban rail transit vehicles.The above research is expected to promote the development of lightweight technology of urban rail transit vehicles in China,and provide theoretical basis and technical support to improve the operation capacity and green low-carbon level of urban rail transit in China.
