微型高精密惯导测试转台结构设计及力学分析

摘要 惯导测试转台在航空航天领域有重要作用,是模拟、测试、仿真等的关键设备。文中基于用户需求,提出一种转台的轻量化设计方法,运用UG软件实现建模和优化,并进行有限元分析,结果表明主要零件及结构总体的强度和刚度均满足设计要求。同时,该转台的前6阶频率在555.44 Hz和1 534.7 Hz之间,满足共振频率≥450 Hz的要求。在飞行器微型化的趋势下,该微型高精密惯导测试转台的设计方法可为类似产品的设计提供参考。 Inertial navigation test turntables play an important role in the field of aerospace and space,and are the key equipment for simulation,testing and simulation.In this paper,a lightweight design method of turntable is proposed based on user needs.UG software is used to model and optimize the turntable,and the finite element analysis is carried out.The strength and stiffness of the main parts and the overall structure meet the design requirements.At the same time,the first six order frequency of the turntable is between 555.44 Hz and 1534.7 Hz,which meets the requirements that the resonance frequency is greater than or equal to 450 Hz.With the trend of aircraft miniaturization,the design method of the micro high precision inertial navigation test turntable provides a reference for the design of similar products.
