新时代国家高等教育要求高校应继续完善劳动教育制度,加强对学生劳动能力的培育。我国大学生的劳动教育观脱离实际,高校对劳动教育制度的构建还不完善。加强劳动教育,应从提升师生认同、优化教学活动、构建教育平台等方面入手,提高劳动教育的价值认同,进一步完善高校劳动教育的相关制度,有效提升劳动教育的效果。

The arrival of the new era has put forward higher requirements for the development of higher education,that is,colleges and universities should continue to improve the labor education system and strengthen the cultivation of students’labor ability.At present,college students’view of labor education is divorced from reality,and there is no perfect construction for labor education system.To this end,the value recognition of labor education should be improved by improving the recognition on the part of teachers and students,optimizing teaching activities,and building education platforms,so that colleges and universities can further improve the relevant system of labor education,and eff ectively improve the eff ect of labor education.
