法学类课程思政建设路径探讨——以行政法学课程为例

摘要 “立德树人,德法兼修”是法学专业培养高素质法治人才的目标,这和高等学校课程思政建设的目标和任务高度契合,具有很强的专业优势。开展法学类课程思政建设首先要准确把握课程思政的内涵、性质和要求,深度挖掘法学类课程的思政元素,探寻法学类课程思政的路径。以行政法课程为例,法学类课程思政可以在法律制度变迁、法律价值功能、法律调整对象上挖掘思政元素,从而转变教学理念,革新教学模式,设计课程体系,深化实践课程教学改革。 The law major shoulders the responsibility of cultivating high-quality legal talents by take the goal of fostering virtue through education and of cultivating morality while inculcating the law,which is highly consistent with the goal and task of taking ideological and political construction in courses and has strong professional advantages.The paths of taking ideological and political construction in law courses are suggested as the following:grasping the connotation,nature and requirements of ideological and political construction,digging ideological and political elements,and exploring the paths of taking ideological and political construction in law courses.Taking the course of administrative law as an example,ideological and political construction can excavate ideological and political elements in the changes of legal system,the function of legal value and the object of legal adjustment,innovate teaching ideas,reform the teaching mode,design the curriculum system,deepen teaching reform for practical courses.
