裴松之《三国志注》词语例释

An Explanation of the Words in Annotations to the Three Kingdoms by Pei Songzhi

裴松之《三国志注》及其所引用的六朝文献是研究中古汉语的珍贵语料,具有较高的语言学研究价值。其中有些词语的涵义或辞书未收,或辞书已收,但义项有所缺漏,给阅读裴松之《三国志注》造成了一定的理解困难,对这些词语进行训释实属必要。考察发现,这些词语的结构类型基本是联合式,“褊厄”“废杀”等多是同义连文构成的联合式词语,“烦疼”“美厚”是形容词连用构成的联合式词语。

Annotations to the Three Kingdoms and the literatures involving six dynasties cited by Pei Songzhi are viewed as precious materials for the study of middle ancient Chinese with great value in linguistic research.Certain difficulties may be caused in understanding Pei Songzhi’s Annotations to the Three Kingdoms due to the fact that the meaning of some words has not been collected by the dictionary,or the meanings have been missing although having been collected by the dictionary.Through investigation,it is found that the structure types of these terms are basically coalition:“bian e”and“fei sha”are mostly coalition terms consisting of synonym links,while“fan teng”and“mei hou”are coalition terms consisting of adjectives.
