级联式DC/DC变换器稳定性测试分析

摘要 为提高变换器在运行中的稳定性,针对级联式DC/DC变换器的稳定性展开测试研究。根据级联式DC/DC变换器的运行特性,搭建测试环境并进行相关设备准备。参照变换器在运行中的控制方式,将最大功率点跟踪(Maximum Power Point Tracking,MPPT)作为转换过程的控制核心,进行级联式DC/DC变换器拓扑建模;在确保注入信号为恒幅变频正弦信号的同时,保证注入信号在变换器运行中不受到外界环境的干扰与影响出现衰减效应,以此为依据选择注入点;通过建立变换器开回路稳定传递函数的方式,推导转换器在不同状态下的运行工况。总结测试结果,证明注入电压会对变换器运行频率造成瞬时增加或瞬时减少的影响,输入功率会增加变换器输出阻抗,从而造成变压器失稳。 In order to improve the stability of the converter in operation,the stability of the cascaded DC/DC converter is tested and studied.According to the operation characteristics of cascaded DC/DC converter,build the test environment and prepare relevant equipment.Referring to the control mode of the converter in operation,the Maximum Power Point Tracking(MPPT)is taken as the control core of the conversion process,and the topology modeling of cascaded DC/DC converter is carried out.While ensuring that the injection signal is a constant-amplitude variablefrequency sine signal,the injection signal is not subject to the interference and influence of the external environment during the operation of the converter,and the attenuation effect occurs,so as to select the injection point based on this.The operating conditions of the converter under different conditions are deduced by establishing the stable transfer function of the converter’s open circuit.Summarize the test results and prove that the injection voltage will cause an instantaneous increase or decrease in the operating frequency of the converter,and the input power will increase the output impedance of the converter,thus causing the transformer to lose stability.
