发电厂中央空调通风系统的污染源及其治理技术

摘要 电力在我国快速的智能化发展进程中,起到了先行军的作用,其中火电厂又成为了先行军中的后勤特备队。在长期的可燃物转换成电能的同时,产生的蒸汽和粉尘的附着,极易造成发电厂中央空调通风系统的污染。嘉兴火力发电厂集中控制室位于锅炉岛区域,环境欠佳,导致中央空调新风质量不高。从设计规程、系统设计、设备选型、运行维护等方面分析了通风系统污染的原因后,将新风口改自汽机房屋顶,并在控制室末端加装多联机调节,定期对整个通风管进行清洗消毒,很大程度上解决了排风系统的污染问题,有效改善了发电厂控制室内部各房间的空气质量。 Electric power has played a leading role in China’s rapid intelligent development process,and thermal power plants have become the logistics special reserve team in the leading military.When long-term combustibles are converted into electrical energy,the adhesion of generated steam and dust can easily cause pollution to the central air-conditioning and ventilation system of power plants.In the article,the centralized control room of Jiaxing Thermal Power Plant is located in the boiler island area,and the environment is poor,resulting in poor quality of fresh air for central air conditioning.After analyzing the causes of pollution in the ventilation system from aspects such as design procedures,system design,equipment selection,and operation and maintenance,the following paragraphs change the fresh air outlet from the roof of the steam turbine room,install a multi line regulator at the end of the control room,and regularly clean and disinfect the entire ventilation pipe.This greatly solves the pollution problem in the exhaust system,effectively improving the air quality of each room in the control room of the power plant.
