面对大数据环境下数据量庞大、数据来源多样化、数据访问关系复杂等情况,应加大对数据的精细化、规范化管理力度,完善数据安全治理方案。首先分析了大数据应用中的常见数据安全问题和安全治理实践中的主要误区,其次阐明了数据安全治理遵循的原则与实施要点,最后建立了安全治理架构,同时探究相应技术的应用情况,包括人员的安全管理控制、数据全生命周期的治理、系统安全防护以及事件解读和处理,以供同行借鉴。

In the face of the huge amount of data,diversified data sources and complicated data access relations in the big data environment,we should increase the fine and standardized management of data and improve the data security governance scheme.Firstly,the common data security problems in big data application and the main misunderstandings in security governance practice are analyzed.Secondly,the principles and key points of data security governance are expounded.Finally,the security governance framework is established,and the application of corresponding technologies is explored,including personnel security management control,data life cycle governance,system security protection and event interpretation and handling,for reference by peers.
