玲珑金矿深部矿体安全高效回采技术研究

摘要 玲珑金矿东风矿区采用上向水平分层进路尾砂胶结充填采矿法开采倾斜中厚矿体,矿山采取扩大采场进路尺寸的措施来提高开采效率。随着进路尺寸扩大及开采深度的增加,出现支护体严重变形失去支护效果的情况,造成作业效率低、开采工作安全性差等问题。为了实现深部矿体的安全高效开采,需优化进路尺寸及支护方式。首先,在支护方式适用性的基础上,选用预应力让压锚杆代替管缝锚杆对进路进行支护。其次,采用RMR法进行了深部岩体质量分级,根据经验图表估算了进路跨度和锚杆长度,确定采场进路跨度为7 m,锚杆长度为2.0 m。模拟研究及效益分析表明,采用优化后的巷道跨度及支护方式,巷道稳定性可得到控制,同时产能可提高75%,实现深部矿体安全高效开采。 Dongfeng Mining Area of Linglong Gold Mine adopts upward horizontal slicing drift tailings cemented filling mining method to mine inclined medium thick orebodies.The mine adopts measures to ex⁃pand the size of stope drift to improve mining efficiency.With the expansion of the access road size and the increase of mining depth,there are serious deformation of the support body and loss of support effective⁃ness,resulting in low operating efficiency and poor mining safety issues.In order to achieve safe and effi⁃cient mining of deep orebodies,it is necessary to optimize the access size and support methods.Firstly,on the basis of the applicability of support methods,prestressed yielding anchor rods are selected to replace pipe seam anchor rods for support of the access road.Secondly,the quality classification of deep rock mass was conducted using the RMR method.The access span and anchor bolt length were estimated based on em⁃pirical charts,and it was determined that the access span of the stope was 7 m,and the anchor bolt length was 2.0 m.Simulation research and benefit analysis show that using optimized roadway span and support methods,roadway stability can be controlled,while productivity can be increased by 75%,achieving safe and efficient mining of deep orebodies.
