上房沟露天钼矿采空区爆破技术分析

摘要 由于水文地质或原井工开采改为露天开采等原因,导致许多矿山在露天开采区域内存在很多无法确定的溶洞、采空区、陷落柱等,给露天矿的安全生产带来了极大的威胁。为消除上房沟露天矿前期无序地下民采所形成的采空区给正常开采带来的危害,从采空区成因切入,对采空区爆破穿透孔进行探测以及预处理。结合上房沟露天矿现有的生产技术条件,选择深孔爆破崩落法处理采空区的方案,并对注意事项及具体方法进行了探讨,进一步总结完善采空区的爆破方法和施工技术。 Due to hydrogeology or the original mining to open-pit mining and other reasons,many mines in the open-pit mining area exist a lot of uncertain cave,goaf,collapse column,which brought a great threat to the safety of the open-pit mine.In order to eliminate the harm to normal mining caused by the goaf formed by random underground mining in the early stage of Shangfanggou Open-pit Mine,the goaf is detected through using the blasting penetration hole and pretreated according to the consequence of goaf.Combining with the existing production technical conditions of Shangfanggou open-pit mine,the scheme of treating the goaf with deep-hole blasting caving method is selected,and the matters needing attention and specific methods are discussed,and the blasting method and construction technology of the goaf are further summarized and perfected.
