赵楼煤矿深部厚煤层巷帮流变演化规律研究

摘要 为了研究深部厚煤层条件下巷道帮部流变演化规律,以赵楼煤矿埋深大、煤层厚的5304工作面为工程背景,采用理论分析与现场监测等方法,探讨了深部厚煤层巷道围岩流变特性,揭示了深部厚煤层巷帮流变演化规律。研究结果发现,帮部形变数值呈多次“稳定—跳跃”式增大,煤体在变形破坏过程中存在间歇性脆性破坏,表明煤体能量易出现短时间内剧烈释放;煤体变形破坏过程处于长时承压状态,在围岩稳定区域,变形值并非恒定不变,而是随时间发生极缓慢的微增大;煤体在围岩应力作用下,发生长时蠕变损伤,其承载能力逐渐下降,达到临界值时便发生突变破坏,短时间内迅速释放能量。该研究规律为围岩变形防治提供了理论依据。 In order to study the rheological evolution law of roadway gang under the condition of deep thick coal seam,this paper takes the working face 5304 which large buried depth and thick coal seam of Zhaolou Coal Mine as the research background,by means of theoretical analysis and field monitoring,the rheological characteristics of roadway surrounding rock in deep thick coal seam are discussed,and the rheo⁃logical evolution law of roadway wall in deep thick coal seam is revealed.The results show that the deforma⁃tion value of the coal side increases in a"steady-jumping"type for many times,and there is intermittent brittle failure in the deformation and failure process,which means that the energy of the coal body is easy to release violently in a short time.The coal deformation and failure process is in a state of long-term pressure.In the stable area of surrounding rock,the deformation value is not constant,but increases slowly with time.Under the action of surrounding rock stress,long-term creep damage occurs in coal,and its carrying capaci⁃ty decreases gradually.When it reaches the critical value,sudden failure occurs and energy is released rap⁃idly in a short time.The research law provides a theoretical basis for the deformation control of surrounding rock.
