摘要
南山矿高村采场为了解决极难选磁铁矿采用原有阶段磨矿阶段选别工艺难以获得合格铁精矿、满足不了市场基本要求的问题,进行了深度精选工艺研究。试验采用一段淘洗磁选脱泥,二段淘洗磁选脱除连生体的方法处理该难选矿,应用控制变量法研究了串联淘洗深度精选工艺对提高精矿品位的影响。试验获得了铁精矿品位64.80%、铁回收率98.49%的较好指标,且Al2O3、S、P、K2O、Na2O等杂质含量均得到进一步降低,完全满足市场要求,实现了极难选磁铁矿的高效回收利用。
In order to solve the problem that it is difficult to obtain qualified iron concentrate and meet the basic requirements of the market by using the original stage grinding and stage separation process for ex⁃tremely refractory magnetite in Gaocun stope of Nanshan Mine,the deep beneficiation process was studied.The test adopts the method of one-stage elutriation magnetic separation desliming and two-stage elutriation magnetic separation to remove the intergrowth to treat the refractory ore.The control variable method is used to study the effect of series elutriation deep beneficiation process on improving concentrate grade.The test obtained a good index of iron concentrate grade of 64.80%and iron recovery of 98.49%,and the contents of impurities such as Al2O3,S,P,K2O and Na2O were further reduced,which fully met the market require⁃ments and realized the efficient recovery and utilization of extremely refractory magnetite.
