秘鲁某铁矿石选矿试验研究

摘要 马钢南山矿业公司为了给合理组织生产提供依据,以秘鲁铁矿与和尚桥铁矿为研究对象,采用两段磨矿、三段磁选流程进行了单一秘鲁铁矿试验和配矿试验。试验结果表明:单一秘鲁铁矿试验可以获得产率93.77%、铁品位70.11%、铁回收率97.66%的铁精矿,精矿中硫品位1.13%;不同配比的综合样最终精矿品位在66.47%~67.59%,满足生产要求;当和尚桥铁矿与秘鲁铁矿配比为3∶1时,通过两段磨矿、三段磁选,可获得产率36.25%、铁品位67.03%、铁回收率79.44%的铁精矿,精矿中硫品位0.70%。 In order to provide a basis for reasonable organization and production,Masteel Nanshan Mining Company took Peru iron ore and Heshangqiao iron ore as the research objects,and carried out single Peru iron ore test and ore blending test by using two-stage grinding and three-stage magnetic separation pro⁃cess.The results show that the iron concentrate with yield of 93.77%,iron grade of 70.11%,iron recovery of 97.66%and sulfur grade of 1.13%can be obtained by single Peru iron ore test.The final concentrate grade of the comprehensive samples with different ratios is 66.47%~67.59%,which meets the production require⁃ments.When the ratio of Heshangqiao iron ore and Peru iron ore is 3∶1,iron concentrate with yield of 36.25%,iron grade of 67.03%and iron recovery of 79.44%can be obtained by two-stage grinding and three-stage magnetic separation.The sulfur grade in the concentrate is 0.70%.
