摘要
国内某企业为了合理开发利用国外某铝土矿资源,针对该铝土矿高铁、高硅等问题,利用现有拜耳法溶出系统对该铝土矿进行了氧化铝溶出性能试验研究。研究得出:该铝土矿在溶出温度160℃,时间60 min,石灰添加量1.0%,循环母液苛性碱浓度180 g/L,配料分子比1.3的条件下,能得到氧化铝平均溶出率为85.76%,赤泥平均钠硅比为0.126的优异指标;该试验结果可为同类型国外铝土矿资源的合理开发利用提供经验借鉴。
In order to rationally develop and utilize a foreign bauxite resource,a domestic enterprise conducted an experimental study on the alumina dissolution performance of the bauxite by using the existing Bayer dissolution system for the problems of high iron and high silicon in the bauxite.The results show that the average dissolution rate of alumina is 85.76%and the average sodium-silicon ratio of red mud is 0.126 under the conditions of leaching temperature 160℃,time 60 min,lime addition amount 1.0%,caustic al⁃kali concentration 180 g/L and molecular ratio 1.3.The test results can provide experience for the rational development and utilization of the same type of foreign bauxite resources.
