湖南某细粒级铅锌矿浮选优化研究

摘要 湖南郴州某铅锌矿为了有效回收矿石中的铅和锌,针对铅、锌分离浮选困难,铅、锌精矿互含较多的问题,进行了磨矿细度和药剂制度试验研究。研究结果表明:采用先选铅后选锌的优先浮选工艺,在磨矿细度-0.074 mm83%的条件下,采用1粗3精2扫优先选铅,选铅尾矿经硫酸铜等药剂作用后采用1粗3精3扫浮选工艺流程,全流程闭路试验最终可获得铅品位65.90%、含锌2.11%、铅回收率93.70%的铅精矿,锌品位50.12%,含铅2.80%,锌回收率79.00%的锌精矿,取得了良好的试验指标,该研究结果可为同类型矿石的开发利用提供有益参考。 In order to effectively recover lead and zinc in a lead-zinc mine in Chenzhou,Hunan Prov⁃ince,the experimental study on grinding fineness and reagent system was carried out to solve the problems of difficult separation and flotation of lead and zinc and more mutual inclusion of lead and zinc concentrate.The results show that under the conditions of grinding fineness of-0.074 mm 83%,the preferential flotation pro⁃cess of first lead separation and then zinc separation is adopted.Under the condition of grinding fineness of-0.074 mm 83%,the preferential flotation process of one roughing,three cleaning and two scavenging is ad⁃opted,and the flotation process of one roughing,three cleaning and three scavenging is adopted after the ac⁃tion of copper sulfate and other reagents.The closed-circuit whole process test can finally obtain lead concen⁃trate with lead grade of 65.90%,zinc content of 2.11%and lead recovery of 93.7%,zinc concentrate with zinc grade of 50.12%,lead content of 2.80%and zinc recovery of 79.00%,and good test indexes are obtained.The research results can provide useful reference for the development and utilization of the same type of ore.
