摘要
为预估某金属矿建设阶段井下充填高效浓密机及深锥浓密机的浓密面积及耙距,采用选矿流程试验产生的尾砂样品及相邻矿石性质相近矿山选矿流程尾砂作为浓密试验机的给矿样品,通过静态沉降试验,开展了尾砂自然沉降规律及絮凝沉降规律研究。研究确定了不同给入尾矿浆浓度条件下的尾矿沉降速度及底流浓度,从而优选出了最优絮凝剂添加量;并根据入料浓度30%、絮凝剂添加量20 g/t时的沉降曲线,建立了沉降数学模型,利用Kynch理论,结合C-C法及T-F法,预估该矿山需1台直径15 m、耙距210 kNm的高效浓密机及1台直径13 m、耙距650 kNm的深锥浓密机对尾砂浆进行浓密,以使充填尾砂达到似膏体状态。
In the construction stage of a metal mine,in order to estimate the thickening area and rake distance of the underground filling high-efficiency thickener and deep cone thickener,the tailings samples produced by the beneficiation process test and the tailings from the beneficiation process of adjacent mines with similar ore properties were used as the ore feeding samples of the thickening tester.Through static set⁃tlement test,the natural settlement law and flocculation settlement law of tailings were studied.The sedi⁃mentation velocity and underflow concentration of tailings under different concentrations of tailings slurry were determined,and the optimal flocculant addition amount was selected.According to the settlement curve when the feed concentration is 30%and the flocculant addition amount is 20 g/t,the settlement mathe⁃matical model is established.Using Kynch theory,combined with C-C method and T-F method,it is esti⁃mated that the mine needs a high-efficiency thickener with a diameter of 15 m and a rake distance of 210 kNm and a deep cone thickener with a diameter of 13 m and a rake distance of 650 kNm to thicken the tail⁃ings,so that the filling tailings can reach the paste-like state.
