In order to verify whether the PCKF-1825 reversible double impact hammer crusher can be safely and stably applied to fine crushing operations,through the process design requirements of the crush⁃ing process and the actual project application,the representative models of the PCKF-1825 reversible dou⁃ble impact hammer crusher and the fine crushing cone crusher were compared and analyzed in terms of core parameters,monomer dissociation degree,pre-selection index,etc.,and the application effect of the PCKF-1825 reversible double impact hammer crusher was comprehensively considered according to techni⁃cal indicators,economic benefits and other factors.The research shows that,as a new type of ore rock crush⁃ing equipment,the equipment can replace the fine crushing cone crusher for fine crushing operation through its own advantages and high cost performance.
