刮板变频在硫氧混合铜矿浮选中的应用

摘要 境外某大型硫氧混合铜矿矿种较多,为了稳定选矿指标,针对矿浆性质波动较大带来的指标管控困难的问题,进行了硫氧粗选段刮板实施变频操作的研究。通过将刮板转速由过去的固定值转变为可根据矿浆性质变化而动态调整,实现了刮量的自动调节。经过现场4个月的生产跟踪,选矿指标、产品质量稳步提升,浮选药剂单耗有所下降且现场浮选操作条件得到较大改善,降本增效明显。刮板变频操作可为矿石性质波动较大的矿山提供一定的经验借鉴。 There are many kinds of ore in a large-scale sulfur-oxygen mixed copper ores overseas.In order to stabilize the beneficiation index,aiming at the difficulty of index control caused by the large fluctua⁃tion of pulp properties,the frequency conversion operation of scraper in sulfur-oxygen roughing section was studied.By changing the scraper speed from the past fixed value to the dynamic adjustment according to the change of pulp properties,the automatic adjustment of scraping amount is realized.After 4 months of onsite production tracking,the beneficiation index and product quality have been steadily improved,the unit consumption of flotation reagents has decreased,and the on-site flotation operating conditions have been greatly improved,with obvious cost reduction and efficiency increase.Scraper frequency conversion opera⁃tion can provide some experience for mines with large fluctuation of original ore properties.
