基于蚁群算法的地下矿山运输技术经济优化

摘要 在激烈的市场竞争导致矿石价格不断降低的背景下,矿山企业必须加强各生产阶段的管理,采用先进的科学技术以及高效率的设备来降低生产成本,提高经济效益。为了降低赤峰柴胡栏子金矿运输调度的生产成本,针对赤峰柴胡栏子金矿现有运输系统,建立了运输系统优化调度数学模型,构建了电机车运矿速度、运输成本等运输约束参数,并利用蚁群算法计算出柴胡栏子金矿+500 m水平矿石运输的合理调度决策方式。柴胡栏子金矿+500 m水平运输系统优化后,减少了矿车等待时间,降低了运输系统总成本,提高了矿山的运输生产效率。 Under the background of decreasing ore price due to fierce market competition,mining en⁃terprises must strengthen the management of each production stage,adopt advanced science and technology and high efficiency equipment to reduce production cost and improve economic bendfit.In order to reduce the production cost of transportation scheduling in Chifeng Chaihulanzi gold mine,a mathematical model of transportation system optimization scheduling was established according to the existing transportation system of Chifeng Chaihulanzi Gold Mine,and the transportation constraint parameters such as ore transport speed and transportation cost by electric locomotive were constructed,and the rational scheduling decision-mak⁃ing mode of+500 m horizontal ore transportation in Chifeng Chaihulanzi gold mine was calculated by ant col⁃ony optimization.After the optimization of+500 m horizontal transportation system in Chaihulanzi Gold Mine,the waiting time of mine car is reduced,the total cost of transportation system is reduced,and the production efficiency of mine transportation is improved.
