Research on the Construcion of Virtual Simulation Laboratory for Administrative Managementunder the Background of New Liberal Arts

新文科建设对行政管理专业教学提出更高要求。虚拟仿真实验室建设能扩展行政管理专业教学,使之更能促进社会的发展和科技的进步。该文通过阐释新文科与虚拟仿真实验室建设的关系,分析行政管理专业虚拟仿真实验室建设的不足,并针对问题,提出行政管理专业优化虚拟仿真实验室建设的建议,如高校要提高认识,加大投入对行政管理专业虚拟仿真实验室的建设,学院进行科学系统规划、优化专业教学资源配置,加强虚拟仿真实验室的硬软件条件建设,建立虚拟仿真实验室开放共享运行机制。

The construction of new liberal arts has put forward higher requirements for administration teaching.The construction of virtual simulation laboratory can expand the teaching of administration specialty and promote the development of society and the progress of science and technology.By explaining the relationship between the new liberal arts and the construction of virtual simulation laboratory,this paper analyzes the deficiency of the construction of virtual simulation laboratory for administrative management specialty,and puts forward some suggestions for optimizing the construction of virtual simulation laboratory for administrative management specialty.For example,colleges and universities should raise awareness and increase investment in the construction of virtual simulation laboratory for administrative management major.The college should carry out scientific systematic planning,optimize the allocation of teaching resources,strengthen the construction of hardware and software conditions of virtual simulation laboratory,and establish the open and sharing operation mechanism of virtual simulation laboratory.
