大学生是高等教育研究和改革的主体,为让其从中华优秀传统文化中汲取营养,建立爱、协作与分享精神对高等教育创新人才培养促进作用的理论模型。从引导大学生发挥主观能动性出发,培育和引导其塑造中华优秀传统文化延伸而来的爱、协作与分享精神,探索在社会发展新形势下的高等教育内涵建设改革新途径,从而紧跟社会需求,因材施教,提高教育教学质量,培养适应社会需求的创新型人才,破解高等教育大众化大趋势下的就业难与就业质量低等迫切需要解决的问题。
