基于OBE的模拟集成电路设计课程教学改革探索

该文采用基于学习产出的教育(OBE)理念,针对模拟集成电路设计课程教学存在的问题,从教学内容、教学方式、考核方式等方面进行教学改革。在教学内容上引入电路仿真实践环节,运用线上与线下结合、课内与课外结合的教学方式进行课程的教与学,增加平时考核权重,期末考核侧重于考查工程应用能力。该教学改革能够提高学生的学习积极性,提高学生对模拟集成电路理论知识、设计思想的掌握,并提高分析和解决问题的能力及工程实践能力,为后续课程学习、参加集成电路学科竞赛和科研项目、从事集成电路设计工作打下坚实的基础。

In order to solve the problems existing in the course of Design of AnalogIntegrated Circuit,the concept of outcomes-based education(OBE)is used for the teaching reform from the aspects of teaching content,teaching methods and examination methods.The circuit simulation practices are introduced into the teaching content.The teaching and learning of the course are carried out combining online and offline,in class and out of class methods.The ratio of usual performance is increased,and the final examination focuses on the assessment of engineering application ability.The course reform in this paper can enhance students'learning enthusiasm,mastery of theoretical knowledge and design ideas for analog integrated circuit,ability to analyze and solve problems,and engineering practice ability.It can establish solid foundations for learning follow-up course,participating in integrated circuit competitions and scientific projects,and engaging in integrated circuit design.
