陇中地区香菇周年栽培技术研究

Study on Annual Cultivation Technique of Lentinula edodes in Longzhong Area

通过试验筛选出适宜陇西县气候环境的优良香菇品种,解决陇西县香菇种植过程中存在的品种杂乱、栽培模式的单一、本土化适应性差等相关问题,为全县香菇产业稳定性发展提供科学依据。文章选择L808、215、1513、168、F2、238、0912、1501为对比配套品种,经发菌管理后在同一时间段相对统一环境条件下出菇管理,对整个生产过程进行了详细记载,然后从产品性状、适应性、抗逆性、产量、市场销售等方面进行综合比较分析,最终确定最适宜陇西气候配套栽培的香菇品种。所试栽的品种中,L808和F2、1513和1501、215和168等3组品种栽培配套从适温性、抗逆性、质地、等级菇产出率、市场销售等方面表现突出。

Through the experiment,the excellent Lentinula edodes varieties suitable for the climate environment of Longxi County were selected to solve the problems existing in the cultivation process of Longxi county,such as variety confusion,single cultivation mode,poor localization adaptability,etc.,and provide a scientific basis for the stable development of the county's Lentinula edodes industry.In this paper,L808,215,1513,168,F2,238,0912 and 1501 were selected as the matching varieties for comparison.After the management of bacteria,the Lentinula edodes emergence management was carried out under relatively unified environmental conditions at the same time,and the whole production process was recorded in detail.Then from the product character,adaptability,stress resistance,yield,marketing and other aspects of comprehensive comparative analysis,finally determine the most suitable for the Longxi climate cultivation of Lentinula edodes varieties.Among the varieties tested,the three groups of L808 and F2,1513 and 1501,215 and 168 showed their performance from the aspects of temperature adaptability,stress resistance,texture,grade yield,market sales,etc.
