农产品质量安全管理中,质检是一项重要工作,应用适宜、先进的安全检测技术,了解农产品质量状况,及时发现并销毁存在质量缺陷的农产品,杜绝其流入市场和百姓餐桌,有助于保障消费者舌尖上的安全,推动社会和谐稳定发展。文章以甘州区为例,概述了农产品质量安全检测的必要性;分析了农产品质量安全检测技术。

In the quality and safety management of agricultural products,quality inspection is an important work.The application of appropriate and advanced safety detection technology to understand the quality status of agricultural products,timely discovery and destruction of agricultural products with quality defects,prevent their flow into the market and people's dining tables,is helpful to protect the safety of consumers on the tip of the tongue,and promote the harmonious and stable development of society.Taking Ganzhou District as an example,the necessity of quality and safety inspection of agricultural products is summarized.It focuses on the analysis of agricultural product quality and safety detection technology.
