摘要
为分析银西高速铁路CN有砟道岔动态轨距优化技术原理,本文建立车辆-道岔耦合动力学模型对CN道岔转辙部分进行仿真,结果表明:(1)道岔转辙各项动力学指标均符合要求;CN道岔和客运专线型道岔转辙部分动力学指标优良,动态轨距优化技术可减小轮对对尖轨的冲击;(2)基本轨侧的横向力和脱轨系数随速度的增大而减小,尖轨侧横向力和脱轨系数呈现波形变化,轮轨垂向力、车体振动加速度、轮重减载率随速度的增大而增大;(3)针对银西高速铁路西安北银西场CN道岔转辙部分大机捣固中出现的轨向不良问题,提出CN有砟道岔的大机捣固优化方案,实践证明该方案具有良好的工程效果。
In order to analyze the technical principle of dynamic gauge optimization for the CN ballasted turnout of Yinchuan-Xi’an High-speed Railway,a vehicle-turnout coupling dynamics model was established to simulate the switching part of the CN turnout.The results show that:(1)All dynamic indexes of turnout switching meet the requirements;the dynamic indexes of the switching parts of the CN turnout and the passenger dedicated railway turnout are excellent,and the dynamic gauge optimization technology can reduce the impact of wheelsets on switch rails.(2)The lateral force and derailment factor on the stock rail side decrease with the increase of speed,the lateral force and derailment factor on the switch rail side show waveform changes,and the wheel-rail vertical force,car body vibration acceleration,and wheel load reduction rate increase with the increase of speed.(3)Aiming at the problem of poor track alignment happened in the tamping with large maintenance machinery of the switching part of CN turnout in Xi’an North Yinxi Yard of Yinchuan-Xi’an High-speed Railway,this paper puts forward the optimization scheme of the tamping with large maintenance machinery of CN ballasted turnout,a scheme has proved to have good engineering effect.
