产业振兴实现农村农民共同富裕的优化路径探析——以那坡县蚕桑产业为例

Analysis on the Optimization Path for Realizing Common Prosperity of Rural Farmers through Industrial Revitalization——Take the Silkworm Industry in Napo County as an Example

共同富裕是社会主义的本质要求和中国式现代化的重要特征,也是中华民族孜孜以求的社会理想。我国实现共同富裕的短板在“三农”,从助力脱贫攻坚,到推动乡村振兴,再到促进共同富裕,产业振兴始终是发力点和重要途径。本文通过总结广西壮族自治区那坡县蚕桑产业的主要发展模式与路径以及取得的成效、经验,分析蚕桑产业发展面临的主要问题与短板,继而从建设现代化生产基地、发展特色产业集群、培育农业社会化服务组织、促进小农户与现代化接轨、发掘保护农耕文化等方面,提出蚕桑产业振兴实现农村农民共同富裕的优化路径。

Common prosperity is the essential requirement of socialism,an important feature of Chinese modernization,and a social ideal that the Chinese nation has been striving for.The weak spots of achieving common prosperity in China lies in agriculture,countryside and farmers.The task of achieving common prosperity for rural farmers is arduous and difficult.From assisting in poverty alleviation,to promoting rural revitalization,to promoting common prosperity,industrial revitalization has always been a driving force and an important way.This paper summarizes the main development models and paths of sillworm industry in Napo County,and the achievements and experiences obtained;This paper also analyzes the main problems and weaknesses faced by the development of sillworm industry.From the aspects of building a modern production base,developing characteristic industrial clusters,cultivating agricultural socialization service organizations,promoting small farmers to be in line with modernization,exploring and protecting farming culture,we put forward the optimization path of sericulture industry revitalization to achieve common prosperity of rural farmers.
