广西蚕桑产业做大做强加工链条存在的问题与对策建议

Research and Countermeasures on Enlarging and Strengthening the Processing Chain of Silkworm Industry in Guangxi

蚕桑产业是广西壮族自治区的传统优势产业。目前广西的蚕桑产业在推进全产业链建设中需要解决加工环节存在的产值及产品档次不高、经营主体意识不强、科技研发实力不足等问题,与此同时“东绸西移”的加快推进、各级党委政府的高度重视、产业要素的有效集聚也给广西的蚕桑产业带来了发展机遇。在此背景下提出广西的蚕桑产业要做大做强加工链条,需要明确发展战略、实施“二次创业”、培强经营主体、强化科技支撑等对策与建议。

Sericulture industry is the traditional dominant industry in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.At present,in promoting the construction of the whole industrial chain,the sericulture industry in Guangxi needs to solve the problems such as low output value and product grade in the processing link,weak management subject consciousness,and insufficient scientific and technological research and development strength.At the same time,the acceleration of the“east silk westward”,the high attention of Party committees and governments at all levels,and the effective gathering of industrial elements also bring development opportunities to the sericulture industry in Guangxi.In this context,it is proposed that the sericulture industry in Guangxi needs to expand and strengthen the processing chain,and it needs to clarify the development strategy,implement the“second entrepreneurship”,cultivate the management body,strengthen the scientific and technological support and other countermeasures and suggestions.
