考虑碳捕集与CVaR的电力系统低碳经济调度 被引量:4

摘要 碳捕集电厂能够实现高碳火电的低碳化,是降低碳排放的有效举措之一。伴随着风电渗透率的不断增加,且风电出力具有间歇性等特点,给电力系统带来巨大的调峰压力。通过综合灵活运行碳捕集电厂中的溶液存储设备进行“能量时移”,以解决系统接入大规模风电所造成的调峰问题。同时考虑到风电的随机性会增加调度运行中的风险,引入金融风险管理方法中的条件风险价值(conditional value-at-risk,CVaR)对调度运行中的风险成本进行度量,以系统运行经济性最高为目标,建立计及CVaR含碳捕集电厂与风电电力系统的综合低碳优化调度模型。通过仿真算例证明了所提模型的可行性,在有效降低系统的碳排放与运行风险的同时保证系统经济性最优。 Carbon capture power plants can realize the decarbonization of high-carbon thermal power,and this is one of the effective initiatives to reduce carbon emissions.The increasing penetration of wind power and its intermittent nature bring enormous pressure on the power system for peaking.Through integrated and flexible operation of the solution storage equipment in the carbon capture power plant for"energy time shifting",the system can solve the peaking problem caused by the access to large-scale wind power.Considering that the randomness of wind power increases the risk in the dispatching operation,this paper introduces the conditional value at risk(CVaR)in the financial risk management method to measure the risk cost in the dispatching operation.It establishes a comprehensive low-carbon optimal dispatching model including carbon capture power plant and wind power system with CVaR as the goal to maximize the system operational economy.The feasibility of the proposed model is demonstrated by simulation examples,and it is shown that it can effectively reduce carbon emission and operational risk of the system while ensuring optimal system economy.
